Summer Fun Program

Form must be filled out daily by parent or guardian & presented to the front desk at Suburban Lanes. Copies are also available at the front desk. Limited to (1) game, (1) shoe rental & (1) hot dog per child per day. Open to all school-age children. Form not valid for birthday parties,

Cosmic Bowling, league bowling or day care groups.
